Koh Mak - Not only divers and snorkelers will feel very comfortable on Koh Mak, but also lovers of lonely beaches edged with palms. About 800 people live here. Beside the 10,000 palms you will find a temple, a clinic, a few little shops and 2 diving bases. Although the island is quite unknown it provides a good infrastructure and connection to the main-land; the new airport of Trad is only 30 km away from the pier of Laem Ngob with ferry and speedboat connections to Koh Mak.
